-
- Bring any kind of food, just leave about 4 spots open in your inventory, you may not need it but what the heck it always helps.
- Bring the best armour you can wear! I normally wear rune armor.
- Take a break every 10 levels or so until you got level 60 strength, then take breaks every 5 levels until level 99.
-Play some kind of mini game such as Fist of Guthix, Clan Wars, or The Great Orb Project
-Train another non-combat skill such as woodcutting,fishing, cooking, etc…
-Get some guys together and just chill
-Go outside and play football or something, lol
Level 1-15
-Kill men/women
level 15-30
-Kill the guards in Al-Kharid, hopefully it will not be crowded
level 30-50
-Kill the minotaurs on the 1st floor of the stronghold of security
-Complete dragon slayer so you can wear the rune plate bodylevel 50-80
-Kill the flesh crawlers on the 2nd floor of the stronghold of security
level 80-99
-Kill the spiders on the 3rd floor of the stronghold of security
BEWARE OF THE CATABLEPONS! they will lower your strength level and can hit pretty high sometimes!-Well once you got level 99 strength, there's really nothing to do with it except kill noobs, and since this is a f2p guide I'm not going to mention how you go to Sloane(or Yadech Strongarm for those who have done While Guthix Sleeps) and buy the skill cape for 99,000 coins .
